Irish longcase clock  made in Cavan by Henry Ruxton of Bailieborough. Mahogany case with round painted dial. Henry Ruxton worked as a clockmaker in Bailieborough in Co Cavan in the 1820′s. With 8 day movement striking the hours on a bell.   A rare Cavan longcase clock.
